Inconsistent air conditioning could ruin your stay!!! The confusing layout leaves you wandering around like lost luggage. Limited dining options call for a meal hunt outside the hotel!!! Better communication about amenities could save guests a lot of hassle!!!

There were very comfy beds and a minibar, an electronic key card and a TV set in the single room. The breakfast spread was great and fine, with plenty of brilliant options. All the staff was great and greeted us warmly: D

The hotel offered a large room, quite excellent. I loved the spacious breakfast area, where I enjoyed a variety of options, especially the scrambled eggs and bacon. The cleanliness of the hotel stood out. My room received a daily tidy-up with fresh towels. Staff were cute and helpful. The air conditioning couldn't cool my room adequately, and I had trouble sleeping due to noise from adjacent rooms. I also noticed the restaurant had limited dining options, pushing me to explore nearby eateries. A pleasant stay with room for improvements.

The spacious garden was a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast exceeded expectations, particularly with fresh fruits and quality yogurt that accompanied my morning coffee.

The pool area was fantastic after a day of exploring. Unfortunately, the cooling system in the room was broken.

Unfortunately, noise from adjacent rooms disrupted our sleep numerous times,, leading to discomfort. Some amenities were not adequately communicated,, which caused confusion and frustration .

The room was initially too hot, but they switched us to a better one.

The hotel is wheelchair accessible, with spacious rooms that accommodate mobility devices easily. The staff is super friendly and quick to assist. The breakfast options are varied, with the staff accommodating special dietary requests seamlessly.

The staff provided really good service, especially at the bar and during breakfast, a highlight. Ensure the air conditioning issue is resolved before your stay for maximum comfort.

The room was super comfy, and I loved the peaceful neighborhood with a nice view of the mountains. The spacious gym was a pleasant surprise for a three-star place, really!

I thought I was in an oven at one point-how do they manage to ruin a sweet breeze? Plus, waiting outside for the restaurant to open in the rain wasn't exactly my idea of fun.
